Rhiannon Rosalind is a serial entrepreneur and systems innovator dedicated to reimagining the relationship between health, wellbeing, culture, and the economy. She is the Founder and CEO of Conscious Economics, a national Canadian organization advancing research, education, and systemic change to improve economic wellbeing and create more equitable systems. She is also the Founder of Lunar Studios, Canada’s first creative incubator dedicated to using art, storytelling, and culture as catalysts for economic innovation and social change.

For more than fifteen years, Rhiannon has built unlikely partnerships that bring together governments, financial institutions, healthcare leaders, corporations, researchers, community organizations, and artists to address some of Canada’s most pressing social and economic challenges. Her work has helped shape national conversations around financial wellbeing, women’s economic advancement, financial therapy, workforce participation, and the role of creativity in building healthier communities and a more inclusive economy.

Previously, Rhiannon served for over a decade as CEO of The Economic Club of Canada, where she convened some of the world’s most influential leaders, including President Barack Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama, Amal Clooney, and hundreds of global CEOs, policymakers, innovators, and changemakers. She is the youngest woman in Canadian history to be inducted into Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Hall of Fame and has also been recognized as a Change Agent by Canadian Business and as one of Bay Street Bull’s Power 50.

Today, Rhiannon’s work sits at the intersection of art, business, science, and public policy. Through research, creative storytelling, and systems innovation, she is helping redefine how we understand value, contribution, and prosperity, expanding opportunities for women, artists, entrepreneurs, and historically underserved communities while building practical models for a healthier, more inclusive economy.
