Verena Rizg Studio Inc. (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
When you join our email list, purchase a book, or buy an event ticket, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and, for purchases, billing and payment details. Payment card information is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored by us.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver what you’ve signed up for or purchased, to send the emails you’ve opted into, to fulfil and confirm orders, and to respond to you. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to operate: Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email), Lulu (print fulfilment), and Netlify (website hosting). Each processes your information only as needed to provide their service, under their own privacy terms.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. Transactional messages (such as order confirmations) are sent as part of fulfilling your purchase.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us at verena@verenarizg.com.
Retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
